By making a reservation or contracting our services, the client accepts the terms and conditions described on this page. These terms are applicable to all services provided by Sexy Llamas Group, including tours, tourist packages, and other activities.

2. Reservation and Payment

• Booking Process: To book a tour or package, it is necessary to provide contact details and pay the deposit or the full amount, depending on the specific conditions of each package.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments by bank transfer, credit cards and other methods previously agreed with the client.
• Reservation Confirmation: Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent with the reservation details and the corresponding itinerary.

3. Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation by the Client: If the client decides to cancel the reservation, charges will apply according to the conditions of the package. Cancellation charges vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
• Cancellation by Sexy Llamas Group: If, for reasons beyond our control, we need to cancel a tour or package, we will offer a full refund or an alternative for a new date or activity.

4. Modification of Reservations

• Changes to the Itinerary: If the client wishes to modify the date or details of their reservation, they must notify Sexy Llamas Group with sufficient advance notice. Depending on availability, a modification may be made, subject to additional charges.
• Changes due to Force Majeure: In exceptional situations such as extreme weather conditions, strikes or natural disasters, we reserve the right to modify or reschedule reservations.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Client Behavior: The client agrees to follow all the instructions of the guides and staff of Sexy Llamas Group during the tour. Any inappropriate behavior that puts the safety of the client or others at risk will be grounds for exclusion from the tour, without the right to a refund.
• Travel Insurance: It is recommended that the client takes out travel insurance that covers possible incidents during the tour.

6. Responsibility of Sexy Llamas Group

• Safety and Wellbeing: We are committed to offering safe and quality experiences. All our guides and collaborators are trained to guarantee the safety of the participants.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for personal loss or damage caused by situations beyond our control, such as accidents, illnesses, or natural disasters.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All contents of the website, promotional materials, itineraries, images and other resources provided by Sexy Llamas Group are the exclusive property of the agency. Reproduction is prohibited without prior consent.
